Hi, i had a c section 10 months ago, i have a bicornate uterus and my baby was in the left side. Since my section i have had sharp pain in the left side of my stomach on and off and my stomach has remained noticably swollen on the left side (becomes more swollen around time of ovulation ). I also have a stitch like pain around my belly button which is very tender to touch and is worse upom moving/lifting. And a couple of weeks ago i had a bit of spotting and cramping in between periods.
