Had A Baby. Why Am I Still Nauseated And Vomiting? Will Zofran Work?

hi my age is 23and i am 6th month(24th week) preganent.this is my first baby.i still having nausea and vommiting..i took 5-6 tab of zofran for a week(after 23-24 hours)..it works but is this way to get rid of vommiting? now i stopped taking zofran and i vomit 3-4times a day.and full day i have morning sickness ..and i am not gaining weight..it still same as first month..what should i do?

Hello,

I think you should be investigated for cause of vomiting not related to pregnancy.Seeing a gastroenterologist can prove helpful.

Some investigations like barium swallow and gastroscopy might be undertaken to know cause of your symptoms.

Effective treatment can be planned after that.
