Had A BPD Operation, Weight Loss Surgery. Stomach Removed. Loss Of Appetite, Belching. Stomach Ulcer?

I had a BPD operation years ago (biliopancreatic diversion - weight loss surgery). 2/3 of my stomach was removed. Recently I have been experiencing loss of appetite and belching that I hadn't experienced before. Recently I have begun drinking brewed tea and whey protein supplements. I'm wonering if 1.) the belching and loss of appetite could be indicative of a stomach ulcer and 2.) if so, which is more likely the cause (the tea or the protein supplement).
