Gurgling Sound In The Stomach, Vomiting. Need Help

I am a 17 year old male and in the last year have been frequently waking up before necessary because of stomach issues. Usually it is just rumbling and gurgling in my stomach, but sometimes it actually makes me throw up. The length of time it lasts varies, but usually I feel better by evening. I rarely eat after 7 at night although my diet isn't the greatest. My bowel movements are regular and normal (no diarrhea or constipation). I have tried eating soda crackers, taking pepto, drinking milk or water and a few other things all to no avail.

Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Your symptoms can be caused by peptic ulcer, stomach inflammation, Helicobacter Pylori infection, hiatus hernia, gallstones or by stress. You may also notice chest burning, weight loss, pain after a meal.
As your symptoms do not get better, I suggest you to have some diagnostics. You should start with blood work, liver tests and abdominal ultrasound. If this tests will be negative, gastroscopy should be the next step.
In a meanwhile please avoid fatty foods, spicy foods, fried foods, alcohol, coffee, soft drinks. Do not eat before sleeping (last meal should be 2 hours before sleeping).

Hope this will help.
Regards.
