Got Merena Implanter, Had Brownish Discharge. Advised Sevista. Stops Brownish Discharge?

i got merena implanted 8 months back but there is brownish discharge continuously since then..after i took M P pills for 6 weeks but same brownish dischrge continued after discontinuing M P pills.now doctor has adviced SEVISTA .so my question is whether it will stop brownish discharge and when will withdrawal bleeding occur..after 3 months or before..becoz dosage is for 12weeks

Since you are having a brownish discharge continuously for last 8 months, it s best to start with sevista. It will help in reducing the mild bleeding that you are having. Withdrawal bleeding can happen before three months.
