Going through menopause, have excessive bloating even after a small meal. Have regular bowel movements. Cause?

I am experiencing a lot of bloating even after having just a very small meal or nothing at all. I m 56 going through menopause & have never had this before. I have had a virus for the last 2 days & my bowels are pretty regular, I don t feel constipated or anything like that just like I ve been eating & drinking continually.

Thanks for query,
This type of feeling is common during menopause. It is one of the symptoms of Menopausal syndrome.
As your GI tract is alright,nothing to worry.
You may take Omiprazole or Pentazole tablet as and when required.
