Gluten-free By Personal Choice. Explosive Diarrhea With Food Remains After Having Pizza. Reason?

I have been gluten-free by personal choice (not diagnosed) since February 4. On Saturday, March 10, I had pizza, thin crust, veggie. Within 48 hours, I had one episode of explosive diarrhea with these light reddish leaf or skin pieces that were very thin. I was able to wipe them out of my washing machine with paper towel, as they did not dissolve. There was a lot of it. Thank you, Dr.

Cheese in the pizza is usually the culprit.
If you are alright now, nothing need be done
If not, see your GP for possible food poisoning...
