Hi there,
Glandular fever is normally self- limiting. Take symptomatic treatment. Drink plenty of fluids/warm water. Eat a well balanced meal. You could take Paracetamol (dosage -depending on your age/weight) (please specify your age)three times a day. Take rest for a couple of days. Get well soon :)
