Giddiness,loss Of Taste,low Pulse Rate With Omscist H,is Nebistar-5 Safe?

My Dr prescribed Nebistar-5 , 1-0-0 for me . Previously I was using Omscist H and there was drug induced ailments like giddiness, loss of taste sensation and finally low pulse rate and immediate hospitalaistion. Will it be safe to use Nebistar -5 now? I am now 61 years old

YES YOU CAN CHANGE THE SALT IF THERE ARE DRUG INDUCED PROBLEMS
IF THE MEDICINE SUIT YOU THERE IS NO HARM AND SAFE
