Getting Shooting Nerve Pain On Head When Swallow Anything Or Saliva. Suggest?
Hello my name is Tanya for awhile I've been getting a lot of shooting nerve pain only on the right side of my head. Right now it shoots nerve pain on the side of the head when I swallow anything as if the nerve is being pulled its extremely painful and cant really eat anything or swallow my saliva without feeling pain in head what can cause this??

this may be due to infection in the throat or any swelling in throat (compression of the adjacent structure) that is causing referred pain in the right side of head.
So I advice you to get examined by your doctor to find the cause and to manage you. Now for time being do salt water gargle and can take Ibuprofen 400mg for pain.
