Radiologist Dr. Arun Prasad's  Response

Thanks for your qusetion.

Symptoms of Palpitation and Dyspnea on exertion with no lungs pathology clearly indicate Cardiovascular involvement. For making a definite diagnosis i will need to ask you following questions and advice you certain investigations.

What is your age?

Since when are you suffering from this illness and how was it's progression?

Are the symptoms also associated with
Swelling of Limbs,Abdominal Distension,Headache,Dizziness,Chest pain,Awakening from sleep at night because of difficulty in breathing?

Do you have Hypertension,Diabetes Melitus?

I will advice you to:
Get an ECG done.
Get your Blood Pressure checked.
Random Blood sugar.
Serum Lipid Profile
Thyroid Profile.

I dont want you to panic but it will be better if you can do the investigations at the earliest and consult a Cardiologist without any delay.

Hope i answered your queries and will be happy to answer any further queries if you have.

Wish you a Healthy life.

Best regards.

Dr.Arun Prasad.
