Getting abnormal pain after smoking of marijuana. Lost weight. Chances of GERD?

So 6 days ago I started feeling abnormal behavior in my abdominal area, I always thought it was normal to feel things but this time it s been different sensation. Well 4 days ago I was smoking marijuana with my friends and i started feeling the abnormal behavior again and in one quick moment I had a cold flash and I felt like something stabbed me in my chest, I go to put my hand over it and I could feel my heart beating extremely. I went into panic, and i called the ambulance, during the ride my heart beat was 120 when it should of been In between 60-100. I got the the ER and they did chest X-rays thinking it was a collapsed lung , nothing was wrong, but other then that they didn t take any other tests. They said I need to stop using drugs because it would kill me one day. So I went home and I still felt weird but nobody really payed attention because the doctors said I toxicated myself but I think it s something different. The next day I still felt weird, so I went to the day time clinic and the pediatrician said I have GERD , to much acid in my stomach because of the pain I was having on my chest and under my ribs. She didn t touch me or took any tests, I was in there for 5 minutes with her and all she said was that so she told me to take Zantac , but it seemed to make me worst later on that day with the pain so I went to the ER later on that night again but it was a different hospital then the first. This time they took me serious because I felt cold sensations and pain all over my abdomin nd my left side. They took X-rays of my abdominal area, then they took blood, urine, and stool tests. They came back all fine, even when I told them I pooped lik 8 times earlier that day and a little blood was whipped off my anus when I went to whip, it had a burning sensation too. They said my white blood cells were fine, no blood was found in my poop, i wasn t dehydrated, they practically said nothing was wrong even when I felt wrong. So they sent me home with a diagnoses of a stomach virus and that the pain was caused from gas cumulated in my intestines from the Xray results that came back, so they prescribed dicyclomine for the pain but when I took them yesterday, it seemed lik it made things worst so I stopped taking them. I woke up today with a pain in my left back side beneath my rib cage, nd I still had abdominal pain but not as much as how my left side and back was. It still hurts but not as bad anymore but all I do is look up symptoms and what it could be and every time I see cancer I get scared. I don t feel sick or fever like but I do feel fatigue. By the way I m 17 and I ve been smoking since 11, I stopped smoking since the first time I went to hospital. I m a chronic smoker and just a couple of months ago I tried Percs but not all the time , every once in a blue moon and I wouldn t take more then 20Mg at a time because I don t like to get to high of them to much, another thing is that I tried coke for the first time a week ago. Then for 2 and a half years I took the natural laxative called senna to lose and maintain weight while i ate like crazy, but I stopped taking the tea a year ago. I use to have a healthy lifestyle when i went on a diet to lose 60 pounds and then i started drinking the tea to lose any pounds gained or to maintain my weight for eating bad foods. Especially since I smoked weed it made me extra hungry, practically I could say I had a eating disorder too. I don t know if I damaged my body enough to cause something severe but when I see cancer for the symptoms I have I get scared. Im stressed about it nd it makes it worst. Another thing is that I ve dropped lik 7 pounds in 3 days due to the lack of appetite since everything I eat makes my stomach upset and then I feel it acting weird as it digest and it has never felt like this before. Another thing is that I don t know if it could be but I looked up pancreas cancer to see if I have the symptoms and I do. I don t know what to do, people tell me to calm down but if this is a serious problem then I m wasting time. I don t know if its a virus since noone has caught it around me. Another thing is that a month ago I peed straight brown for like a couple of hours, not dark yellow, brown and it scared me but I drank water and it became clear again. All my life I ve never paid attention to my health because I m a really healthy person(so I thought) I don t have allergies, I don t get sick, I haven t thrown up in years. One more note, when I was 3 I had my appendix burst but I was safely saved my doctors, I could of died. I wish I never hurt my body like how I did and now I look back and repent on it all. I m really nervous and scared, please help me figure something out from your expert advice, I m young and I don t want to live with health problems. Tell me anything that can help please, I would cherish it a lot. God bless you and please respond before its to late.

Psychiatrist 's  Response

Hi there ~

I understand your concerns. After reading your entire history, please stop using the marijuana and if you are still using coke, please stop that as well. You should see a substance abuse counselor who is available if you call social services and get clean. I think you are motivated enough to do so since you want to live with health and not with health problems. I also think that you might not have cancer, so please do not panic. It is normal to feel this way when you are having physical and physiological symptoms while testing shows nothing. However, I recommend that you get your troponins checked to make sure your heart is okay. You should be on your way to health if you start seeing a psychiatrist and take medications for depression and anxiety. I hope this helps.

Take care and have a lovely day! May the gods bless you too!
