Gaining Weight, Breast Swelling. Taking Eltroxin. Done Home Pregnancy Test. Am I Pregnant?

hi,
i am 29yr and i am using 50mic eltroxin, and the last time i sow my periods it was on the 14th June 2013, and to date i have not seen my period. I did a home pregnancy test on the 17 Aug 2013 and it came out negative. And i also noticed that i am gaining weight especially with my breast. should i be worries. or what do i need to to because i want to be pregnant

Hello,
Your irregular cycles are possibly due to hormonal imbalance.You need to correct the imbalance before your can get pregnant. Polycystic ovaries is a possibility. You need further hormone tests and ultrasound to confirm. Unless your periods are regular, conception will be a problem. You may also need ovulation induction drugs.
