Hi,
You may be having some hormonal anomaly or lack of proper exercise. If you wish to conceive and fail to do so even after a year of sincere trying, you should approach an infertility specialist and undergo investigations. Meanwhile try to do some regular exercise, take plenty of fresh vegetables and fruits and maintain a healthy BMI. You can see a specialist and get an evaluation done. If any hormonal defect is seen, it may be corrected. Hope you find this information useful. Good luck.
