Hi
Thanks for your query,
So you are having problems- back pain due to fall
-Increased frequency and urgency of micturition
-acidity and gas
-Tiredness and weight gain
You have not mentioned your last period date and whether it is regular or not .If it is late do a pregnacy test to confirm.
Back pain may be treated with analgesic tablets and analgesic gel like diclofenac. X ray may be required if not relieved .
Urinary symptoms suggests UTI. Do a routine urine RE/ME to confirmation and treatment and drink plenty of fluids.
Tiredness and weight gain may be due some underlying thyroid problems. So get tested.
Acidity and gas take ranitidine 150mg once daily in empty stomach for 15 days.
Hope it helps
