Frequent Headaches, Nose Bleeds. Have Botox In Forehead, Frequency Of Headaches Reduced. Advice?

Hi Good Evening

For a long time, (over a year) I have been suffering from frequent headaches, sometimes my nose bleeds when they occur. They are usually centred over the top of my head, like an alice band, at both temples and the back of my head. Two days ago, my head was hurting on the right hand side, I also had pain on the right side of my face and my nose was running with thin mucous, but it was bloody mucous. May I also say, I had botox in my forehead in May and the headches have become less frequent. Thanks

Hi,

Based on details you seem to suffer from tension type attack ,and you have responded to botox therapy.

Presently in addition you seems to have symptoms suggestive of sinusitis/ nasal mucosal inflammation secondary to local infection ( mostly viral infection producing URI).All these exacerbate headache.

I suggest you to visit ENT surgeon for local inspection and you may require CT scan PNS with brain screening to rule out structural lesion.

I hope this will help you
