Fluid Flows From Vagina While Sleeping, Not Pregnant. Fistula?

For about 10 years now, on occasion I will wake up when I feel fluid coming from my vagina. As I run to the bathroom it pours out and runs down my legs as if my water were breaking but I'm not pregnant. It used to happen only a couple times a year but now it's happening about once a week. I am convinced it is urine but I have never said anything because I thought a doctor would think I'm crazy. Then I started reading about fistulas. But my leakage is always while I'm sleeping. Could it still be a fistula?
