Fever, Body Pain. Normal Blood Test. What Medicine Should I Take?

sir good morning sir my name is krishna i am suffering from fever and body ache from last 3 day and also ihave did my blood check up, urine check up, malaria check up but all are normal so will you pls advice me sir what medicine i must take i had been to my family doctor he gave me a medicine but 1stday it was effected my body i got it relief and secnd day i didnt got the refilef from him and in the night the fever was very high and i took paracetamol 250mg then i got the relief so pls. advice me sir what medicine i hve to take.....

Welcome to the Health care Magic

Fever & badyaches for three days only. Initially we should think of simple viral fever only .Investigations may be inconclusive many times in this initial stage. This can be simply treated with antipyretics drugs with recommended doses.

If fever do not respond even after with this symptomatic treatment of 4- 6 days then one should think of some specific investigations like typhi dot test,CBC, ESR blood culture etc to rule out specific infection.

With the guidance of the investigation one should be treated accordingly with antibiotics etc
