Felt Pea Sized Lump Near Anal Region. Similar To Lymph Node. Had Genital Warts. Help?

Hi I have a question that has been bugging me about a week ago I felt a pea sized lump about a finger length inside my anus to the right and slightly anterior. It was firm and felt similar to a lymph node. I have had genital warts but not perianal warts. No bleeding or discharge but have had some bad pain before due to hemmhoroids. This lump is much harder than a hemmhoroid.
Please help me I'm freaking out!

25yo male.

Hi
A lump in the anus which is harder should be removed and sent for histopathological examination(Biopsy).
Whether your haemorrhoids were removed?
Even after their removal, they may recur as a swelling.
If a haemorrhoid undergoes thrombosis,it will become hard.
Consult a surgeon, get it diagnosed and proceed accordingly.
Wish you good health
Regards
