Felt Dizzy, Sugar Level Was 160 Before Eating, When Checked Again It Was 230. Should I Be Concerned?

I m 26 years old I have never been diagnosed with diabetes bu t today I checked my suger because i felt like i was dizzy and could breath i dont know if that has anything to do with it but it was 160 then I checked it again after not eating and it was at a 230 should I be concerned

From yournquery we can clearly make out your sugars are variable. Some times big variations in sugars will cause episodes of hyperglycemia and hypoglycemia.. if you are taking any medicines for diabetes please review it once

Some times if your food habits are erratic, which mismatch with your medicines, diet and exercise it will cause these kind of variations
