Hai,
1. Twisting injury with no fracture in knee indicates either ligamentous / meniscal injury,
2. Since its been one month, you can go for an MRI of the knee,
3. usually sprain of ligaments around knee gets cured by 3-4weeks of strict immobilisation with knee brace. If the injury is severe, then they need further treatment based on MRI report,
4. If you have not immobilised your knee, then better you start using crepe bandage and knee brace for 3-4 weeks and then proceed if problem persists.
