Hi, welcome to H.C.M.Forum, she needs good food,like proteine,and fat rich food, greenleafy vegetables to improve blood. she can take eggs and milk. evening weakness could be due to emptying stomach at that time. ask her to take some bland snaks in the evening. medically might be tuberculosis, get the tests tc,dc,esr, xry under the supervision of a doctor exclude tb . thank you.
