Feels Like Something Is Stuck In The Throat. Chest Feels Tight. Treatment?

Hi! For the past few days, it feels like there is something stuck in my throat. It's not very painful, but rather annoying. My chest also feels tight and there is a bit of a sharp feeling when I take in a breath. I don't have heartburn, as I don't have any burning sensation in my chest area. Any ideas what this could be. About a week before this started, my throat was sore but I thought I had a cold coming on because I was coughing and had some green muccus coming out. This eventually went away.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,
You have not written your age.?
Consult a Physician to rule out asthma or allergic disease like Bronchitis etc..
Chest tightness could be because of that.
The airway might be allergic to some air borne particles and causing problems.
And also get done a Electrocardiogram(ECG) to check for cardiac status.
If you smoke ,do not do that .
