Feels Bubble Sensation At Sternum, Burning Sensation In Chest. Is This Due To Anxiety?

Feeling really stressed out at the moment and anxious. Feels like there is a knot like bubble sensation after i eat in the middle of my sternum where my bra line is. Is this due to anxiety or is it something more sinister. I am a 40 year old female. This has only been like this for a few days. Although it did happen a couple of weeks ago. Sometimes I have a burning sensation in my chest too.

hi..well, first visit a cardiologist and get some investigations done to exclude any cardiac cause first..then you can visit a psychiatrist for some medication..also try for life-style modification and relaxation exercise for going through stress..have a good health
