Feeling Thirsty, Frequent Urination, Abdominal Cramps, Dizzyness, Low Energy Levels, Advised Blood Tests. Suggestions?

Hi i m sean i have been very thirsty for the past 3weeks and uranating like every 15/20minutes i got conerned about it and went to the docs they sent me for a blood test today morning, after that i have felt sick, stomache cramps and really really thirsty not eaten much today and keep going dizzy with very low energy please help answer my problem feel like im dying :| YYYY@YYYY

The symptoms of feeling thirsty and frequent urination could be due to diabetes.
So I suggest that you get your blood sugar tested along with Urine R&M.

Based on the results we can decide the further plan of action.
