Dentist 's  Response
Hello, thank you for communicating with us for your problem. As you are mentioning that you have a feeling like something is stuck at your roof of the mouth and you also had a habit of smoking then this lesion can be associated with this habit. Actually in the patients having habit of smoking can develop this kind of disease in which there is red area on the palate and slight irritation is present in that area. But still it will be much better on your part that you should consult your dentist nearby, so that he can examine the lesion because without examining a confirm diagnosis can not be made, and you should also leave your habit of smoking.
