Ive been working out for a year now, and i manage to get in great shape, i could perform intense excersises without feeling sick but lately a few weeks ago i started to feel like lightheaded while working out, had a bad experience with alcohol and marihuana since that day i could not manage myself to workout like. Over and above you a victim of self induced substance abuse. Yogic science says, in a way,light weight feeling body is a bliss. But in your case it is your head that feels light. Any way it will be my advice to consult a General Practitioner. nd don't restart bad habbits.
