Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.
Low back pain, lower stomach pain , and clots in the discharge suggests urinary tract infection. Noicy tommy could be secondary to abdominal pain of U.T.I.
Head ache and Bloating also signifies the infection. So i advise you to consult a gynacologist for diagnosis and treatment.
Wishing for a quick recovery.
Best regards.
