Feel Sick, Exhausted, Have Numbness In Knees. Suggest

i have been sick for seven days and it will not stop. the doctors did blood tests and checked my pee, did a cat scan, and an x-ray. they said im fine but i know i am not. i feel sick at my stomach,exhausted, i had numbness in my knees and it just stopped my thumb hurts with sharp pains and sometimes tingles and goes away. i am just 17 years old and im really worried about my health, please help me.

The feeling of exhaustion and numbness of knees could be related to a generalised viral infection since all your tests are normal. This should subside on its own in a week or so.
