Feel Dizzy, Nauseous, Thirsty, Extreme Migraines, Extreme Motion Sickness, And Lots Of Loud Ringing In Ears Since The Concussion. What To Do ?

I have been feeling sick since July of last year. About a year and a half ago I passed out and fell down 3 stairs and landed on my head. Doctor said I had a concussion. In July I felt like the same thing was going to happen and the feeling has never gone away. I'm dizzy, nauseous, thirsty, extreme migraines, extreme motion sickness, and lots of loud ringing in my ears. My doctor did an allergy test And I am allergic to stuff but have stayed away from them since October when I was diagnosed. Please help me I don't know what to do anymore. Nothing is getting better. I have had a ct scan and an MRI and both came back normal.

Hi! there,
May I know your age? Also if you have passed out in the past then a reason needs to be ascertained ...so look for some neurologist who can help you out with TIA and the causes of TIA or may be something else ...but it should be taken care of. A normal CT and MRI are not enough to rule out disease.
