Fatigue, Vaginal Discharge, Fever, Severe Sweating. Causes And Treatment?
Hello Doc. I am 26 years old. My body weight is 49 kg. I often feel fatigued. I am suffering from severe vaginal discharge . I also feel feverish at times. I sweat abnormally. I am at a loss to decide what to do! I shall be grateful to you if you could help me with all my problems. Thank you. YYYY@YYYY

It seems that you are having some infection in your genital tract.
Go for gynaec check up for physical examination.
I would suggest,
1,Vaginal swab test.
2,Routine urine check up.
3,Ultra sound of genital tract.
After all reports your gynaec will go for treatment accordingly.
Take high nourishing protein diet.
