Hi, Welcome to HCM, After going through your history, most likely having Anxiety Neurosis as your blood work including Thyroid function is normal. If FT3,FT4 and TSH are normal then it is not hyperthyroid it can also be confirmed clinically by taking sleeping pulse rate, which is high in hyperthyroid and normal in anxiety. Please visit a good Psychiatrist and after confirming diagnosis proper psychotherapy and medication may be given to you, and you will improve in few weeks. Please practice yoga and pranayama which help to reduce anxiety. Take care. Good Luck. Dr.Akhilesh Dubey M.D.
