Fatigue, bad diet, headache, ear pain, dizziness. General malaise? Get blood sugar tested?

While I have never been borderline when tested in the past, I have had a week of general malaise ( fatigue , achy, not much appetite , headaches behind my eyes, sharp pain at the ears, dizzy when standing). Have not been to health care practitioner, yet. Was wondering if I should suggest a blood sugar test. No stomach trouble involved.
