Fatigue and brain fog. Why do I have hard time focusing? Use iron supplements?

Hi, I m a generally healthy vegan who has been experiencing fatigue and brain fog for some time now. I have a hard time focusing and feel disconnected from reality at some moments. This has been happening on and off for the past year or so. I take B-12 supplements , but I was wondering what some of the other causes of this can be? Could it be an iron or potassium deficiency? Or something else?

Seems to me like you have some vitamin deficiency as you predicted , instead of taking just b-12 supplements , try supplementing with multi vitamins and see if there is any improvement , chances are high that it will .
