Bad breath is usually caused due to poor oral hygiene ,systemic diseases like diabetes, epilepsy.
Get your teeth cleaned.
Use chlorhexidine mouthrinses to gargle.
Maintain oral hygiene well.
Also evaluate your complete physical health and investigations of blood, urine and sputum has to be done.
Hope this helps.
