Facial Pressure On Cheeks And Corners Of Eyes. Dizziness, Vision Disturbed, Swollen Eye. What Is This?

I have constant facial pressure on my cheeks and inside the corners of my eyes. It causes dizzy sensations and my vision has been somehow different since this has been going on. My left eye swells shut most of the time and then it gives my a pulling sensation around my eye. I have had a sinus ct and they say it looked normal. Had allergy testing on my back and they said that I have a corn pollen allergy, but thats it. What could this be?

Ophthalmologist 's  Response
From your history it appears it's your allergy which is causing the generalized swelling. But it seems your left eye swelling is huge enough to have inflammation inside your eye & cause vision problems. You can try antihistamines like Cetrizine or levocetrizine.
But it would be safer to get yourself examined by an ophthalmologist to rule out any infective focus causing the swelling & pain.
