Explain Mixed Echogenic Lesion In The Anterior Wall Of Uterus With Endometrial Thickness Being 7mm

My wife who is 46 years age, her ultra sound report indicates her uterus is of normal size(9.0x4.6 cm) and found a mixed echogenic lesion in the anterior wall of the uterus measuring 3.4 x 3.7 cm. Endometrial thickness is 7mm. What is the treatment for this? Is it easily curable?
