Explain Me About My MRI Scan Of Cervical Spine

MRI scan of Cervical Spine , Impression: Diffuse posterior disc herniation with osteophyte complex is seen C5- C6 level,effacing anterior subarachnoid space and indenting both C6 nerve roots . Bilateral neural foraminal narrowing is noated at C5-C6 level. Mild posterior disc bulge is seen at C3-C4, C4-C5 and C6-C7 level. I have more pain in my arms and times i cannot lift my arm and have migrane also. Im 42 yrs and weight 90kgs and this is for the first time i got this problem with medical history

Hi Vasu..

You have pain in ur arms due to multiple cervical disc bulge, u have to reduce ur weight, no two wheelers, no sudden jerks for neck, keep hot fomentation to neck, no lifting heavy wt. consult ur doctor for further treatment.
