Experiencing Tight Feeling In Urethra And Sore Penis After Masturbation. What Could This Be?

My euethra feels right and has done for a while, my skin below the head of my penis has also been sore and red for a very long time- once applied cream from a doctor but it didn't help

When I masterbate it becomes very sore, I do it about once a day but it shouldn't be causing these syntoms right?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have infection of the foreskin called as Posthatitis and urethritis.

This is most likely to be due to vigorous handling of penis during masturbation and is due to congestion of penis that happens during erection of penis while masturbating.

Please get your blood sugar tests done to rule out diabetes.

lease take broad spectrum antibiotics like Ciproflaxacin with anti inflammatory medication like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

Ensure to drink more water.To keep your urine dilute This will help to control dysuria.

It shoud get cured.within a week.
