i am 27 years old.i am having masturbation since my12th age.i feel burning on whole urinary path of penis while urinating and after masturbation for past 6 years.my penis became small sized one.semen ejaculated quickly while masturbation can i recover from this? please help me

Hello,

It's advisable to rule out urinary tract infection or seminal vesicle infection by following investigations..
_Urine routine microscopic examination
_urine culture
_trans rectal ultrasound

You can revert back with reports once done.

The semen ejaculated soon due to excess masturbation habit. Mostly it will resolve by its own once you start intercourse later in adulthood.
