Experiencing Periods Of Diarrhea, Excessive Flatus. History Of Lap Band, Cystocele, Rectocele Surgery. Cause?

i am a 63 year old female and had lap band surgery in 2008, cystocele and rectocele surgery in 2010. over the last 3 months i have experienced periods of diarrhea and excessive foul smelling gas. i was checked by my family dr and was told my bladder and rectum had dropped again. what could be causing my problem with diarrhea, bloating and gas? thank you
