Practicing this may lead to undesirable effect. Regarding the problem you have presented, I feel you are just too worried for nothing. Even though you actually had sex around an unsafe period but you takingemergency contraceptive already places you in a safe position. The delay might simply be a side effect of the drug or another factor which caused this. Give it another 1-2 weeks, redo another pregnancy test (as we can never be so such even if you were on e-pill), then if negative see a gynecologist for further assistance. Hope this helps
