Excessive fat deposition on buttocks and thighs. How to get rid of this?

Hi, i am 23year male, i got normal upper body, but lower part is fatty, i mean i got bigg butt and thighs, so it look like Woman s butt and thighs, so i feel like killing my self, i am doing some exercise to loose this big fat butt and thighs but i think it will take lots of time, so i am in need of you to get rid of this fat butt and thighs as soon as possible. please help me... i am waiting for your reply

Hi welcome to Health care magic forum. from the description it appears to be genetic origin, of course it is very difficult, you can try to get rid of it . it could be due to hypo thyroid also , if it is so it is easy to get the solution.
First and fore most is try to reduce the sleeping hours, 4to 6 hours a day. dont sleep in the day time .
There are some yoga steps related to regional fat destribution, specific to specific places. Avoid fatty foods completely, avoid meet, seafish, redmeet, fry foods etc.
There are some bariatric operations to minimise fat assimilation. and that will be the last step to try. Thanks for calling.
