Psychiatrist 's  Response
Dec 2014
Welcome to HCM

You have complaints of rapid heart rate especially during sleep, painful joints, tiredness, non refreshing sleep. Also you have history of depression and anxiety disorder. You are on fluoxetine.
From available information I can tell that these are the features of anxiety itself. And tiredness and poor sleep with non refreshing sleep are features of depression. With fluoxetine alone it might be under partial control. I will advise you to visit a Psychiatrist for necessary dose adjustments in dose of Fluoxetine or also addition of some anti anxiety drug like benzodiazepine clonazepam or similar drug for episodic control of anxiety.
