Dear special.kiran
Do not worry, it looks like your ear drum would be having a small hole on the side of slapping.
No medicines are required. Just get an audiogram done today. DO NOT put any drops/water/Oil in the ear as they might cause infection. If you get any ear discharge, then you would need oral antibiotics. Traumatic ear perforations heal within 2-3 weeks and hearing would become normal.

General & Family Physician Dr. Dr. Nupur K's  Response
Hello special.kiran,

You need to visit the emergency room and consult an ENT Specialist. Ears are delicate organs you should not try any tricks to help it get well by itself. Your tympanic membrane needs to be examined. Do not lose time. If you get diagnosed in time, it will not result in permanent hearing loss. There are medicines to cure perforated eardrums. It may take a little time you may suffer from temporary hearing problem, it will get fine soon.

You need to get an audiometry test done to assess your problem accurately. There is nothing to be scared of. There are many surgeries that can be done. Meet a doctor, take care.
