Hi, report shows signs of blood leakage from all four heart valve which is very trivial (small). Nothing much to worry as its normal phenomenon of old age.

Due to constant usage of the heart valve their is calcium deposition which is a sign of getting old and it makes it makes it stiff and hard (less flexible). So as the time passes the valve becomes less flexible and the grip and hold on blood becomes little less strong leading to a little leak, which is known as regurgitation. Its like a plumbing (faucet) that starts leaking once it gets old and stuffed with some salts from the hard water, same is true for our heart.

Hope it helps to explain the difficult to understand fact of human body with some what ease.

Please keep your blood pressure under control and follow you cardiologist's advice and do routine checkups, and more important relax and keep smiling and stopping worrying, nothing is wrong with you just normal age related change.

Why was the ECG taken?
Did u have any symptoms?
The sclerosis and mild regurgitation is a normal ageing process .
U need to worry only if u are breathless or dizzy even after mild work like walking 500 meters ona level road or climbing a flight of stairs
The echo looks fairly good for a 62 year old.
But the tests are only to rule out or confirm a diagnosis.
So at the outset.. Did u have any symptoms which made u do an echo and an ECG..
