Greetings of the day
Welcome to HCM
As you are perimenopousal and nearing to stop your cycles. Many of the symptoms could Be due to declining hormonal level.
I Would advise you to do the following test as a routine screening to be done for all women in your age group to know everything is OK and to rule out chance of harbouring any malignancy.
1. PA smear for cervix and uterus lining
2. Ultrasound abdomen for looking for uterus, ovary and other pelvic organs.

Consult your Gynaecologist who would assist you further.
Regards
Take care
