Dry Throat Consistently. How To Resolve This Problem?

The last week I ve been really cutting back on Soda and caffeine. I m a triathlete and I understand the importance of healthy eating. However during the last week when I ve upped my water in-take to over 110Fl oz I ve been have a consistently dry throat that even with caugh drops, and clear sinuses I cannot sooth. It s dry like I m thirsty, however I m currently in peak hydration with no signs of dehydration nor Hyponatremia . Rather uncomfortable, and hoping to get some advice on a direction I should take to resolve this.
