Dry Rashes Between Thighs, Redness, Small Blisters, Liquid Filled. Had Physical Contact. Is It Possibly Herpes?
Is it possible to pass Herpes through brief contact between thighs with no sex involved? I have a dry rash on my inner thigh which has never become liquid filled but, following an affectionate cuddle my wife whilst naked, she developed a red rash a day later with a series of small blisters which became one large one on raised red skin. Having v carefully popped and covered blister redness rescinded and area started to heal.

It is quite unusual to get Herpes infection in thigh. Thigh is not a common site to get Herpes infection. That too, you have a dry rash which could be unlikely to be herpetic lesion.
It could possibly be a fungal skin infection (Jock itch), for which thigh is a common site. It could have every possibility to get transmitted during intimacy of thighs. Usually this sort of rash will be associated with itching. On the border of the lesion, blisters may likely to appear.
If you have a consultation with a Dermatologist he/she will help you for its management.
