Dry Lips, Mild Fever, Had Oral Sex. Anything To Worry?

Hi, I recently had a casual encounter with a woman in which I performed Oral sex. a few hours after, My lips felt very dry. The dryness has continued onto the second day (it's been 48 hours). Further, on the second day I had a mild fever that came and went within an hour. Should I be afraid of these occurences, or is it too early to tell?

Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

You should consult your doctor to rule out sexually transmitted diseases.
It may be simple viral infection but as you had oral sex, you should rule it out.

Avoid oral sex until you are cured completely.

Thanks.
